Aplikasi Registrasi Dan Pengelolaan Surat Pertanggungjawaban (SPJ) Berbasis Website di Dinas P3ap2 Dan Kb Kabupaten Tegal

The management of SPJ at the Tegal Regency Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AP2 and KB) is still done manually, which causes data duplication, recording errors, and difficulty searching for documents. This study aims to design a website-based SPJ registration and management application to improve work efficiency and accuracy. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall approach. The application was built using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap. The test results show that the application can facilitate data input, data search, filter data that has been inputted, and store documents digitally. This application is effective in helping SPJ management. It is recommended to develop multiuser access features and cloud storage integration.
